Where do you ship?

All purchases from the website can be shipped to Florida, US.

What delivery carriers do you use to ship your orders?

We ship our retail orders out through USPS.

How do I choose my shipping address?

You can choose your shipping address at the time of purchase! Be sure to fill in the shipping address and billing address properly.

When adding a product to your Cart on the website

Feel free to contact us in this situation, we can have your package shipped through a separate carrier if needed. We also ship with FedEx and UPS. Additional shipping fees may apply.

My shipping address is wrong, can I change it?

Yes, as long as the address is fixed before the item is shipped out we can adjust it for you, please contact us. If it is not, then we can have it reshipped to the correct address for you as well.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

On business days orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours from time of placing, Anything placed over the weekend at this time will not be fulfilled until the Monday following. From there 3-5 business days to deliver.
